Nice scenery with places to enjoy the outdoors and nature either independently or while waiting for the fairy to dock to traverse the lake. Typically travel here when intention is to cross the lake as their are various recreational locations closer to either town (Revelstoke or Nakusp dependent on side of lake travelling from) but if here and got time to kill it's nice.

Beautiful spot to rest and hang out on a sunny day. Dip your toes in the water from the dock and watch the ferry do it's thing.
